My curiosity and excitement for design, technology, innovation and education drives everything that I do.
These passions brought me to Northeastern University (2002 – 2008), where I earned my Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design & Multimedia Studies as well as my Masters Degree in Technological Entrepreneurship.
Through Northeastern’s renowned Experiential Education program, I was given an opportunity to try my hand at graphic design, media development, brand management, and entrepreneurship in the real world.
At Berklee College of Music (2008 – 2015), I designed engaging educational experiences for Berklee’s online courses as well as their educational outreach programs. I work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop highly effective and creative media.
As a freelance designer & media producer (full-time 2015 – 2018), I worked with local artists, entrepreneurs, and community organizations on creative media projects. I created logos, infographics, motion graphics, video, lettering, layout, packaging.
I am very active in the local music community, placing in 2 bands (Thrust Club & Babes of Mutilation). I also design posters, albums, merch and shoot photo & video for local artists. I've worked on 2 BMA Nominated Music VIdeos (Beaneath & Color the Wind) and won a Pixie Award for another (It's Got to Be Now)
I am always learning something new. Recently I have taken a few art courses, have been sharpening my photography & videography skills, am learning to play the keys and ukulele along with songwriting, and often attend workshops, lectures and meet-ups about design and technology.
This city provides excitement, inspiration, and opportunity along each winding road, and I am excited to find my next adventure here.
